Office 2010 and Outlook 2010 product keys

    Question

  • My friend's question : 'I bought Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010. I want Outlook 2010. Is there an upgrade, or another solution? I used a trial of Outlook 2010, and have all the other 2010 programs I need. I just need Outlook and need to know how to incorporate the already received emails into it.'
But, even if my he buys Outlook 2010, he will already have a separate 'Product Key' for Office 2010. Will they then conflict, as he will then have two different product keys - one for Office 2010 and one for Outlook 2010?
Also: 'The emails that are already in Outlook 2010 from the trial version. I want them in the new, purchased Outlook 2010. How do I do this?'

    Thank you, folks, in advance!

  • Hi,

You can buy a single Outlook 2010 product. It will not conflict with your Office 2010 Home and Student program. Also, both products have their own product key.

You can buy the product here:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/buy/

    Best Regards,
