Public Folders not showing in Outlook 2010

  • Hi

    I have a small network running Exchange 2010 Standard with Standard + Enterprise CALs and a single public folder. On OWA, I can see Public Folders and go in to see the public folder. In Outlook, it's only showing the Mailbox and Archive folders.

    The public folders database is set as default, everything works on OWA, but there is no Public Folders in Outlook 2010.

    How can I rectify this?

  • Hi,

    Have you checked another user's machine to see if they could see the Public folders? If they could, maybe you should recreate your local outlook profile.

  • I've tried this on another domain as well, similar result - Mailbox, Archive and SharePoint Lists showing up, but not Public Folders.
