How to standardize Outlook Email siganture company wide ?

    Is it possible using any way that is automated to standardize user Email signature using Outlook 2007 and Windows Active Directory group policy ?

    From your description, I understand a global email signature is your requirement.

    But you cannot set the deployed signature as the default via Group Policies. To accomplish the requirement, you might use two workarounds.

    1.       The Transport Rules feature of Exchange 2007 or 2010.

    2.       Outlook Signature deployment via script
