Emails are not receiving on BackBerry

    Question

  • Hi  All,

     i  had a problem with Black Berry  which is  Eamils are not receiving On Black Berry after installed the Symantec Antivirus 11.0.70(unmanaged client version) on Exchange server 2010 SP1 and  also  80.443 ports not able to open for external.

     Emails sending and Receiving is working fine for Inbound and Outbound through Outlook and OWA.

    Does anybody help me out.

  • Your anti virus (Symantec) is probably blocking the traffic on your Exchange Server

  • Thank You  for your information  but Emails are able to  send & receive through Outlook and OWA for Internal network and External Network.

     Only  Eamils not receiving on BlackBerry Device.

     please hlep me if  anybody has experienced on this
