    procdump -e winword.exe c:\winword.dmp

     http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900

    Reproduce the error and provide the dmp file for further analysis.
    The problem could be caused by an incompatible Add-In, a damaged normal.dotm, corrupt registry entries (e.g. the famous "Data" value), corrupt document files, a virus scanner, Malware, a bug in winword.exe ...

    Offset 0x320f0 is usually not used by any executable images.
