We currently have users in France who are complaining of problems while using the French version of Office's Excel 2010 on Windows XP machines. It seems that they are unable to modify graphs or data linked to graphs as this causes windows to slow
and inevitably stop responding. The user is then has to validate an error message which closes the program leaving the user to re-run application only to be presented with the same problems.
This appears to be a problem that is only local to the French versions of Office 2010 as the English version on the same computer works fine.
The computers on question are all running Windows XP, have a minimum of a Core i5 processor and at least 2 GB RAM.
Any advice or suggestions on solving this problem are much appreciated.
