Unable to open portal in iPhone

  • Hi All,

    we are unable to open https://m.msua04.manage.microsoft.com on iPhone, i am able to open in Android phone and able to install apps successfully.

    https://m.msua04.manage.microsoft.com/Mobile/Message/Error?errorCode=7

    any ideas??

  • Hi,

    iOS devices have to have their management enabled before they can login, with a valid APNS certificate.  Android does not because it isn't managed by Intune, only via Exchange Activesync and the portal is provided to install software only.

    When you login to the portal on a iOS device we perform a check to see if you are allowed to enroll a device.  Most likely if you dont have management setup it will throw this error.

    Open a support case if you need assistance setting up iOS management.

    today i have checked that i am able to install app on iPhone 4G and above versions, but not able install in iPhone 3G...

  • Windows Intune supports iOS 5.0 or later, and 4.2.1 is the last OS available for iPhone 3g.
