    Discussão Geral

  •  Kworld Global TV Terminator - TV7131 PCI TV Card = Philips SAA713X Drivers Download

Vista Drivers complete work in Windows 7

Name: Philips SAA713X, Hybrid Capture Device
    Device ID: PCI\VEN_1131&DEV_7133&SUBSYS_00001131&REV_D1\4&2C30955E&0&10F0

    WE NEED THIS!!!

    Install Intructions:

First go into Add Remove Programs in Control Panel and remove any reference to
Tv Terminator 7131 like Quick TV,PVR-Plus and drivers and Utilities.

Go to device manager and right click on any driver for the 7131 and
choose uninstall. When you click uninstall, also check DELETE DRIVER so it
can completely remove drivers. If you only see Unknown Multimedia device or
similar, uninstall that and delete driver also.

    How to install:
    1. When you first get the Found New Hardware Wizard, click Cancel.

    2. Then extract the files first, before using them. Run CheckOS in "Run as Administrator" to
install driver. Make sure you extract the files first before running or else
they won't work. Even though you can see all the files after you download,
you need to extract the files first.

    3. Install PVR-PLUS and before running. DO NOT INTALL DRIVERS FROM CD. ONLY PVR-PLUS.

    4. Right click on the PVR-Plus Aplication icon in: "C\Program Files\KWorld Multimedia"

and all folders inside, see all applications and go to Properties. Go to Compatibility mode TAB and
then put a check mark next to RUN This Program in Compatibility Mode.
Then choose Windows XP SP2 as the program to run in compatibility mode.
Do this in all Aplications to full funtion of your TV Card.

PLEASE.......IN THE WINDOWS VISTA UPDATE UNCHECK THE (( Philips SAA713X )) DRIVER UPDATE AND HIDE.

  • THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!   :-)))

THANK YOU Master_64BIT!!! I was R-E-A-L-L-Y tired of searching for a driver for my V-Gear MyTv card! I spent several WEEKS looking for a solution!!! The last driver AsiaMajor has (V-Gear card maker) was a XP one (about 2006). Then I searched for compatible chipsets (Philips saa7134) all over the internet and into lots of help forums (Microsoft Spain included) but I was absolutely out of luck! :-(
I thought there was no solution for this issue. I was hopeless. I was about to get rid of Windows and install some flavour of Linux...  :-(
    YOU SAVED ME MAN!!!  :-D
    Again:

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!   :-)))

  • Hello!

General Don José de Sanmartin is the hero of my country: Argentina!  :-)
    Do you speak spanish...?

    I have Windows 7 RC1 Esp (Spanish).
In Control Panel there isn´t any Windows Update... I found it under "Sistema y seguridad" (System and security I guess).
I followed the steps you told me but there wasn´t the entry for the tv-card driver listed.
But don´t worry! If the update happens automatically, I always can "roll back" it. Isn´t it?

    Thank you anyway!!!  :-)

  • Thank you all guys...
Always I try to help Us.

    I have another solutions.
Turn off internet before updated you Windows.
    Install your TV Card first.
Then, connet your internet and go to update.
Catching the TV Card update and desable, then HIDE.
    Finaly continue your update instalation.

Always Windows Vista and Windows 7, install update automatically.

    Easy Solution:

How to desable the TV Card update:

    1. Before Windows do that, Do it yourself. Go to Start \ All Programs and click on Windows Update
Then click on "Check For Update" option.
    2. In Windows finish check, you click on "View available update" option under "Install Update" button.
    3. In this time, you catch the TV Card Update before install. Easy to disable, Click the right button on update and Hide Update.
    4. ENJOY ;-D

  • Hello folks!!!

I´ve found the entry for the tv-card driver. But it isn´t in View update history but in Programs / Uninstall.
It´s called: KWorld 713X Driver HotFix. And as it is considered to being a program, it is NOT automatically updated.

    SOLVED.  :-))

    Thanks again Master_64BIT and Sanmartin!!!

  • If you do not install the sound drivers on your computer, the card will not work completely.
Go to your manufacturer of your computer and download the drivers needed for audio.

      • Download the Windows Vista or Windows 7.
      • Unzip the file to a folder.
      • Go to device manager and scan in that folder to install.

    Or, Install Vista Drivers.

I install the TV Card whitout HD Audio drivers on my Asrock motherboard.
The video card have no audio.
Then, I install the drivers and PRESTOOOOO....
Complete funtions in all software and hardware.

When I use SCAN, no channel is found.

I think The error is not with the program... I use honestech TVR... Everything works on Windows XP, but not in Windows 7.

  • YOU RIGHT.......

Put your Motherboard CD drivers and install Audio drivers and Software.
Or go to motherboard support site and download your Audio drivers for Windows Vista.
    Install Drivers and Software.
That solution activate de HD Audio.
    That's you need? =/

The TV Card is not complete funtions without your audio drivers of your motherboard.
In Windows 7 build 7600 final, the OS install HD Audio automatically and no need CD support of your motherboard. <(=D)
All you guys..... wait for the Windows 7 Final.
Is realy complete and MAC GO DOWN.

  • Thanks Master_64BIT.

    Unfortunately it didn't work.

At Least my front painel works now... I supposed that Microsoft HD Audio should control everything... But I was wrong.

My capture board doesn't work and I don't want to by a new board because everything are beeing changed to Digital, so these boards will not work.

I thank you, but nothing makes my board works.

V-Gear doesn't provide support, my board is made in japan, nothing in Internet makes sense to me... So... What can I do ? Nothing.

    Thank you.

  • I'm so sorry, but after trying ten times the same procedure - even offline and erasing several times the driver and rebooting my PC more than 10 times - my 7131 phillips TV card doesn't work... The funniest is that it works fine in XP!...
I don't know what to do... I've tried everything... most of people here reports good working... but i don't have the PVR-Plus installer... Even with winDVR 3 doesn't work...

Do I am doing something wrong?? Can someone help me here? If possible, I need the PVR-Plus program installer, not the driver - I have it already.

Thanks in advance to those who help me.

  • Hi all,

I'm using Intex TV CARD (SAA7130) on Windows 7 32 bit. I've read and followed Master_64BIT's Tutorial. The driver's been successfully installed but whatever video capture program I use, I can't get SVIDEO and COMPOSITE inputs to work properly : With my old Hi8 connected through composite I get the picture showing on the SVIDEO input. then for some reason I get a black screen showing on both inputs (especially when I click on record). Tuner input looks working though.

Please take a minute to help me out. Thank you very much !

    Then Check the cable connections.

Change the Mode in the Remote Control or click on program control. "Cable, S-Video, Antenna, Composite or Memory"

  • Hi Master_64BIT,

Looks like there are few of us that still need your help on this problem :).

I followed your instructions for installing drivers and PRV-Plus and got TV channels. Everything worked fine till I turned it off. After starting PRV-Plus again I can only hear audio but cannot see TV programs. I have Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.

Do you have any idea what causing this problem. I have re-installed drivers and tuner and problem still appears.

So, basically, when I start PRV-Plus after installing it and scanning for channels it works fine, but after, restarting program I got only audio and black screen.

    Thanks a lot!!!

  • No video, sadly... W7 64b Ultimate.

The drivers for the other card/clone, as explained above. Here they are: http://www.msi.com/product/mm/TV-nywhere-Plus.html#/?div=Driver&os=Win7%2064

However, neither MSI nor QuickTV work - in the same way - no video...

Moreover, when an attempt at watching TV is launched the colour is changed to Basic W7 scheme - so poorer quality seems to be heading one's way... Alas, not even that - only sound and no pictures...

I suppose there are no properly written drivers for W7 64b by now and so we're improvising with an inadequate "compatibility mode"...??

    Any ideas, please?

    • Editado goggysan quarta-feira, 9 de maio de 2012 16:41 added a link with drivers to a free website, no need to pay for them or get some other app beforehand...

  • Not the XP SP2 mode but Vista SP2 and the drivers will work.

At my end it worked with Windows Media Centre in W7 Ult 64b, with the leftovers from previous installation [read: channel scan].

But it all stopped working after installation of MSI TV@Anywhere SW, in either WMC or MSI SW, sadly, regardless of which compatibility mode I used.
