I went through this to change my passwords to a local admin password, just to make sure it wasn't a service account issue... http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb944783.aspx
The console says Not Reporting 100%
Any place to start?

Hi,
Thank you for your question. Please start to check these settings for FCS not reporting issue.
1. Verify your clients firewall rule if port TCP/UDP 1270 opened for FCS
2. Reboot your FCS server, manual run DTS job and check the job status
http://blogs.technet.com/b/smsandmom/archive/2006/07/13/441644.aspx
3. Verify the clients MOM agent status in MOM Administrator console--All Computers and Pending Actions folder.
If there are more inquiries on this issue, please feel free to let us know.Regards

Thanks for the suggestions.
1) Verified and tested open ports for FCS.
2) Excuse my ignorance, but I couldn't figure out what a DTS job is and how to run it. I revwied the blog listed and I am still confused.
3) Mom shows 1 MGMT Server, 291 Agent Manged Computers, 0 Agentless, 17 unmaged, 0 server clusters, 309 total
Looks like we have some old records. We only own 135 computers at this location.

Hi,
2) Excuse my ignorance, but I couldn't figure out what a DTS job is and how to run it. I revwied the blog listed and I am still confused.
The DTS job is named SystemCenterDTSPackageTask in control Panel--Scheduled tasks. Take care the job last run time and last result status.
3) Mom shows 1 MGMT Server, 291 Agent Manged Computers, 0 Agentless, 17 unmaged, 0 server clusters, 309 total
To 17 unmanaged, select them all and right click to run install agent wizard.
To 291 Agent Managed Computers, run FCS Offline Asset Removal Tool or KB555911 to remove the MOM client old records.

Moreover, run computer discovery rules and update agent settings in view of the Agent Managed Computers last Contacted fields status.Regards

The bad news is that there are no scheduled tasks. How do I recreate any?

Hi,
Well, please create DTS task as following:
Task command (Run):
MOM.Datawarehousing.DTSPackageGenerator.exe /silent /srcserver:SERVERNAME /srcdb:OnePoint /dwserver:SERVERNAME /dwdb:SystemCenterReporting /product:"Microsoft Operations Manager" /maxconn:5Start in:"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Forefront\Client Security\Server\Reporting\Reporting\"
Run as: Your DTS account
Schedule:1:00 AM every day

Hi,
Oh, it seems that some FCS server components have been broken and it is not effective for us to recover them in the forum. Therefore, I would like to suggest that you contact Microsoft Customer service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your request.
How and when to contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support

Hope the issue will be resolved soon.Regards
