Workflows not triggering

segunda-feira, 30 de julho de 2012 20:53Is there a service to check for workflows? I am seeing none of my workflows triggering currently but there are no errors in any of the logs.

You can check and restart the "System Center Management" service. This service is responsible for triggering the workflows.

segunda-feira, 30 de julho de 2012 21:48I just restarted the Database and Management servers. The workflows work now but I have several service requests that are stuck in a New state. Is there anyway to restart the workflow on them? There is nothing in the workflow status that shows any errors.

segunda-feira, 30 de julho de 2012 22:08I guess I did not wait long enough. All the workflows have completed successfully. Is there something that I can monitor to make sure I catch this earlier in the future?

segunda-feira, 30 de julho de 2012 22:32ModeradorAs long as no error is recorded in SCSM (status of workflows) or in the event log it's hard to notice a "hanging workflow".
