SCM Screen

I am new to the SCM, but learning-- realy dumb question, I am on Win 7 machine downloaded SCM2 and installed it however, I do not have all the menu options. All I have is File, View and Help, Sorry for such a dumb question
Help?
Its almost like the program is not fully installed?

Mine looks the same way. Looks like it installed fine.
If you expand the MIcrosoft Baselines in the left hand column...that's where the good stuff is.-Mike

It looks normal to me, what makes you think that elements are missing from the UI?
