DPM 2010, windows 2008R2 BRM backup failed (not enought space ?)

Hi,
I have a DPM2010 server which works perfectly (saving SQL servers, files, Sharepoints...). Now I'm also trying to do BRM backup of my servers every week, but I can't get it works.
Replica is always inconsistent. Checking on the server's DPM agent log, I've found that it just run C:\Program Files\Microsoft Data Protection Manager\DPM\bin\BMRBackup.cmd with a specified directory to store the backup : \\dpm2010.mydomain.lan\783093abc1b64cbbba6076e0dacaa446"
I've checked, this shared folder exist on my dpm2010server.
running the backup manually (C:\Windows\System32>wbadmin.exe start backup -allcritical -backuptarget:\\dpm2010.mydomain.lan\783093abc1b64cbbba6076e0dacaa446) I've found that it returns a not enought free space :
There is not enough free space on the backup storage location to back up the data.
Looking at the Share and Storage management on the DPM server, the "783093abc1b64cbbba6076e0dacaa446" share is on an error state (illegal characters in path), but I'm not sure it's related (in fact it's in an error state just because it cannot verify that the folder exist).
Also on the disk management in DPM console, I have my two 1To disk, with at least 63% unallocated.
I don't know what to do here, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks !

Hi,
Don't try manually backing up directly to the DPM share, choose another location so you can easily see the size of the backup once it completes. Once the backup completes, look at the size of the backup on the destination servers share, then make sure the replica volume on the DPM serevr is large enough to accomodate the backup.

Backup size is 12.6GB.
Replica is 15GB (36.56GB Recovery Point Volume, 20GB Data Size). I've tried to set it up to 30GB, and indeed it seems to work now !
I thought that, as the replica are growing automatically that should not happen ?

I've tried to unsintall/reinstall DPM 2010 and all agents.
Files and SQL backup are working great, but still unable to backup any BMR of any server. Trying to manually make the backup from a server on the DPM share is not working (not enought space).
I don't have a clue about what happening here.

Hi
After a PS BMR fails using DPM, on the PS look in the C:\Windows\Logs\WindowsServerBackup folder for the latest backup log and it should have details about the source size the destination size - see if the free space reported for the destination (dpm replica volme) is accurate.
