Replica is inconsistent

We have an Exchange 2010 server being backed up by DPM 2010. Everything shows as "Ok" for Protection status except for Computer\System Protection\Bare Metal Recovery and Computer\System Protection\System State. I verified Windows Server Backup is installed on the DPM machine which was a suggestion in a different post.
Any ideas?

Hi,
DPM probably didn't allocate enough disk space to hold the BMR backup - please use this procedure to see how much disk space is required for the BMR backup and adjust the disk allocation on the DPM server accordingly.
1) Set up a network share on a remote machine \\server\bmrshare
2) From an administrative command prompt on the PS, type:
wbadmin.exe start backup -allcritical -quiet -backuptarget:\\server\bmrshare
3) After the manual backup completes, check the disk space required for the BMR by looking at the \\server\bmrshare and make sure the PG on the DPM server has enought disk space allocated for the replica volume to hold the BMR backup. Add disk allocation on the replica volume to accomodate the BMR backup size.
NOTE: BMR backup does NOT require any disk space on the PS, DPM writes directly to the DPM Servers replica volume. However, if you only select SystemState (not bmr option) - then DPM will require ~15GB free space on the PS.
