Dynamic DNS - SSL and Certificate setup for OWA - Exchange 2003

  We are trying to set up RPC/HTTPS for remote Exchange account access, specifically Calendar and Contacts... no email, but that shouldn't really matter. 

  Server 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2003 SP2
  

  We are using dynamic DNS to access the server. This works over HTTP - of course this is insecure and the reason that we want to set up with SSL. Is this possible? We are using satellite internet service and cannot get a static IP address. At least that is what the ISP is telling us. 

  Using a self-signed certificate... possibly this is creating the issue? This was created in Server 2003. When trying to install the certificate inside IIS -> Default Web Site -> Properties -> , the following message appears  - "selected certificate was already installed to another server" then I have to select a different certificate. 

  Certificate setup - per info at http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/ssl_enabling_owa_2003.html and other similar sites....

  External IP or Common Name: MyDynDnsAccount.DynDnsServer.net

  Local Server Name: serverName.MyLocalDomain.com

  OWA currently works via HTTP at - http://MyDynDnsAccount.dyndnsserver.net/exchange
