It seems that an email
firstname.lastname@example.org is trying to send email to strange email addresses, these remain in a queue. There I change their status to ”frozen.
These emails remain in the queue. How can I take them out from the queue?
We had such a problem three years ago and that occasion our domain was "black listed", which caused a blockade from other domain trying to send emails to our domain.

You can try the command Get-Message to filter those messages from the queue.
