UAG Array Member Unexpectedly reboots

We recently applied the UAG 2010 SP1 update 1. Since we applied update 1 one of our Array members unexpectedly reboots roughly every 4th day. After the reboot the Microsoft Forefront UAG SSL Network Tunneling Server service fails to start so we have VPN problems. The service is set to start automatically.
What are the consequences of uninstalling the update (does the new client have problems with the UAG being rolled back etc). or is there another solution to this reboot.
