Unanswered Printer Preferences

    On Windows Vista I ahve a user id in which the printer preferences have changed. I can reset them, but whern I close the email or word, ad reopen it, the preferences are set to the wrong default. How do get my preferences to "stick"?

    Hi John,

    You should change the configruations from the control panel --> printers --> right click on the printer --> properties.
