Presence button is not showing up in Outlook 2010

Hi All
One of my user is facing a problem in getting the presence button on outlook 2010. I don't see any integration error on the communicator. Also i can see the option "Display online status next to my name"
Note: If i move the cursor to his name then i can see the presence status.
Server version: OCS 2007 R2
Client OS version : Windows 7 Enterprise server pack 1
Outlook version : 14.0.6106.5005 (32 bit)
Communicator Version : 3.5.6907.225
