Is there a place to download single files needed for install?

I am trying to add some tools to my sql server 2008 SP1, including the Full-Text Search. The instal fails because it cant find the sql_eninge_core_shared.msi. I found that file on my original instal disk and tried to have it install from there but it fails, I am assuming because my install is now SP1.
So, is there somewhere I can download the .msi for the SP1 version?

You dont have a place to download like that as it is really not supported to install the individual components.
You can always run the full setup to install the missing components and then apply the service pack later.
