Failed to start setup to upgrade to SCSM 2012

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade the SCSM 2010 SP1 CU3 to SCSM 2012 RC. I started by DW Management Server following the Upgrade Guide. I stopped the jobs, started setup, and then I received the follow message:The management server which is currently designated to run the workflows must be upgraded before this management server can be upgraded.
Does anybody knows what is happening?

ARe you ruuning the update on your DW Server first?
Have you disabled all the job schedules and allowed time for all the jobs in the "Not started" state before running teh upgrade on the DW Server first?

Did you sort this out?
You tried restarting the System Center Management and System Center Management Configuration services?
You don't happen to have an SCOM agent installed?Regards

Is there any answer to this question?
I don'y have scom agent installed and I restarted the services.
