Compatibility tab gone since SP 1

For some reason the Compatibility tab in the application Properties window has been removed.
Anyone know why this is? It makes it even harder to run some legacy programs now.

The compat tab wasnt removed as part of SP1.
Is it missing on all applications or just specific ones?
