Jawab Lockdown browser for school wont let me log in / not compatible?

    I have been trying to use a lock down browser for school to take my tests! I can open it enter in my user name and password, but than says I dont have the right credentials! I have unables Java script, which the school said would help! No such luck! On the icon on the desktop the yellow/blue administrator icon appears. Does this means it is not compatible? Any help please?

    Hi,

    Please understand Lockdown Browser is a third party software, I suggest you contact product support for more help.

    From Windows 7 side, please ensure you login with an administrator account. You can perform clean boot and disable security software temporarily for a test. Meanwhile, you can right click the application, select troubleshoot compatibility.
