    my touchpad mouse on my notebook isnt working it seems to be frozen how can i fix it?

    Make sure you have the most current Windows 7 drivers for the notebook.

    If you have the most current Windows 7 drivers installed, then most like it is a hardware failure and you will have to take the notebook to a computer repair shop.  Winds cannot fix or compensate for defective hardware.

    Hi,


    Firstly, please make sure that you did not disable your touchpad via Fn key shortcuts.


    Meanwhile, please check if other mouses can work fine.

    Also, check if system restore and reinstall it in Device Manager can help.


    If issue persists, it is recommended to contact your laptop manufacturer for help.
