    I get the message that Win7 Ultimate cannot be activated, yet when I loaded Win7 the product code was not rejected.  I looked through the help system and can't find any help on this.  Anyone have any ideas.  I'm worried that Win7 will shut down and my business will suffer.

    To help us analyze and troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, please download and run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool.
    Once you run the tool, click on the     Continue button, then click on the Copy button and paste the report into your post.
