Has anyone had success deploying KB2523130 via Intune?

It's the OneNote hotfix recommended at http://community.office365.com/en-us/w/administration/manually-install-office-365-desktop-updates.aspx but I can't get it to install.
All of my other update and install packages are working fine, but this one is coming back with 0x80070643 in the Intune client. I tried the fix it for .net which this error code suggests, but no luck.

Seems like it is only applicable to non-SP1 based Office 2010 installs. If anyone knows any differently, let me know, otherwise it's case closed.
If anyone has any contacts on the Office 365 side who can update the article mentioned above to highlight the following, it would save a bit of time for others...
Is it included in a recent service pack?
Has this been published via Windows Intune/Windows Update?
