    I am looking for sFlow analyzer and SNMP MIB Browser that can be installed on Server 2008 R2.

    Both sFlow analyzer and SNMP MIB Browser are not Microsoft products, it is recommended that you contact the developer or the vendor of them to perform the further research. Thanks for your understanding.
