Does this issue happen occasionally? Only one user got the problem, how about others?
Please update the network card driver to the latest one.
I don’t think it’s a regular account login issue since you can login the computer. Please check the Event Viewer see if there’s any further information.
Also check if the system was configure the correct DNS server, and contact your domain administrator for more help.
