    i have move to a new domain and sometimes i'm experiencing loggin problems (username or password error), to work aroud this problem i take my ethernet cable out to remove my laptop from the network, loggin and then plug it back to continue, What could cause this problem?

    please help.....

    Hi,

    Does this issue happen occasionally? Only one user got the problem, how about others?

    Please update the network card driver to the latest one.

    I don’t think it’s a regular account login issue since you can login the computer. Please check the Event Viewer see if there’s any further information.

    Also check if the system was configure the correct DNS server, and contact your domain administrator for more help.
