451 spamhaus

22 iunie 2011 12:49i have outlook 2003 and recently i have been unable to reply to some emails. it remains in my email and the error message i receive is 451 Spamhaus-pbl-blocked. how can i change this so i can reply to emails?

Hi,
does the NDR come from your server then check the internal domains in the gerneral settings. If it comes from external then I would check if your server is listed on this blocklist.

Hi,
look at the email and check the servername that generates the non delivery report, looks like "your server 4.5.1. ....."). If it's your server then do the following. in the MMC of Antigen go into the "General options" tab and there you'll find the setting "Internal domains" make sure that your public domain is listed there.
If it comes from the recipients mailserver then it should look something like "recipients servername 4.5.1......". Then you have to make sure that your mailserver is not blacklisted. You can check this by using this website: http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check/
If you are not sure then post the email generated from the server here.
