Hi All,
In Exchange 2010 SP1 hosting model did not support the below listed Exchange features
Exchange Management Console
Public Folders
Unified Messaging server role
Edge Transport server role
GalSync 2007
Active Directory Federated Services (AD FS)
Business-to-business features such as cross-premises message tracking and calendar sharing
Information Rights Management (IRM)
Outlook 2003 support (EnableLegacyOutlook)
Same-forest upgrade from Exchange 2007
Resource forest
Parent-child domains
Discontiguous namespace
Disjoint namespace
Does this stay good for the current Exchange 2010 SP2 model as well

Nothing changes with SP2. But are you aware of the changes in strategy we announced regarding hosting with Exchange and /hosting mode? http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2011/10/13/future-of-hosting-mode.aspx
I would discourage you from deploying Exchange in /hosting mode.

Do you mean SP2 without the /hosting switch?
If so, support and features/functionality are described in the multi-tenant guidance whitepaper.
Are there any in that list you specifically want to ask about?

Greg, does Egde role is supported with full functions when deployed without the /hosting switch? thanks!
-
25 aprilie 2012 16:44The Edge role is fully supported, yes. All functions - that depends on what you want to do and how you have it configured I'd say. I can't think of anything that may be an issue, but that does not mean there aren't any.

Is there any way to get tenants to share calendar and addresslist?
