An exception has occurred within ForefrontAgent's Scan method

After installing Rollup patch 3 for forefront and rollup patch 8 for exchange 2007 sp1 , I started to get these errors in the Programlog.txt and Event Logs respectively .
"ERROR: An exception has occurred within ForefrontAgent's Scan method. Exception message = "The remote procedure call failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BE)""
Faulting application FSCTransportScanner.exe, version 10.2.942.0, time stamp 0x4a17ad01, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791a783, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000aada3, process id 0xe04, application start time 0x01ca0086781037d6.
I have recently installed sp2 for forefront but still get the errors.
Havent been able to find and info on the net.
Would one of the scan engines do this or is the program at fault amd re-install the only solution?

Now seeing this issue on SBS2008 with Exchange 2007, I'm worried now that the server could become unstable with this faulting happening
