Excell 2010 Password protection removal

Hi can anyone help I have gone through everything on this forum to move a password protected file yes I do know the password
I have gone to Review then gone to changes but nothing is highlighted apart share bookwork, Protect shared book work and track changes none of these cancel the password<o:p></o:p>Secondly I have gone onto File then Info Then onto Permission the drop down menu has nothing highlighted
Another answer to a question says go onto file then before you go to Save as go to general options and put in password I must be looking in a different area as I cannot see anywhere where to put or even cancel my password<o:p></o:p>
