    Hi fellow forumers,

    I'm using SharePoint 2010 <place w:st="on">Central Admin</place>, and when configuring a secure store target application (in the 'Members' section) the system is unable to resolve the AD groups I wish to add but is able to resolve individual domain users. The 'Target Application Type' is set to 'Group'.

    I'm wondering if anyone has come across this before and what the cause and/or possible resolution is?

    Hi,

    What is the type of the AD group? Please make sure it is a security group, SharePoint only uses Security Groups for permissions.
