How do I make reverse proxy in SharePoint 2010 environment?

I need to make these Url's work like below.
http://intranet.application1 -> http://localhost:8000
http://intranet.application2 -> http://localhost:9000
How I make this in SharePoint environment?

Reverse proxy with port forwarding can be configured with either Threat Management Gateway or Unified Access Gateway firewall available from Microsoft. Both contain publishing rules for SharePoint 2010 enviroment.
Without these tools this could be done with some redirection in IIS where you will have host header websites which will redirect clients to your localhost:port addresses.
