Runbooks only run when in Runbook Tester?

Hi, my runbooks are started but they never process anything, unless i check them out first, and run them in Runbook Tester. Then they do what they are suppose.
I'm not sure what else to configure for them. The runbooks were imported as part of the AAW Solution Accelerator.
I cannot find anything in the logs to help explain this.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Runbooks started in the Runbook Tester are using the user who starts/test the runbook in Runbook Tester. If a runbook is started "normally" the Orchestrator Runbook Service account is used to run the acivities in the runbook.
Maybe it's a permission issue?
