Configuration Manager cannot determine the site mode for this site

The pocserver appeared to be functioning well through all labs until lab 5.2, Import a baseline DCM into Desired Configuration Management in SCCM 2007. It appears that the console is not connecting the site database, but I run through the reconnect wizard without errors. I have a site management node without information about any site systems. I tried to opoen SQL Management Studio, but it has expired. No errors in the system or application logs on the pocserver. I can see that three instances of SQL Server are running, POCSERVER, SCM and MAPS.
Any help appreciated!

Since this issue is related with Configuration Manager, this forum focuses on the Windows 7 usage-related questions. I recommend you ask this question in System Center Configuration Manager forum. It's more professional and you will get more help there.
