Hello,
so your machine is a AMD processor?
You have to choose one from the last 3 to have the SP1 http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5842

Hello,
you need the version at the end of the list as already mentioned, AFAIK the above ones are for debugging and some language specific version.
In your case windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe should be the correct one.

what is the diference between FRE and CHK.
Hi,
as per the details in the "Instructions" section of the download page: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5842
unless you are debugging Windows itself, the file you want is:
windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe - This application installs Sp1 to a 64-bit machine running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2PS: FRE means "check free" so this is the what the regular/normal product is built as.
CHK means "checks enabled" and is also known as the "debug" build. this has deeper tracing enabled for testing.

if you are running the debug you might want the symbols files installed locally.Don
