    Hello,

    If I assign a policy to a collection and then later change that policy do the machines get that new update the next time they talk back to the server?

    Hi James,

    Thank you for the post.

    If you just change the policy, FEP clients will get the change until the default desktop/server policy advertisement rerun time which occurs every day. You have to rerun the policy advertisement if you want to apply the change as soon as possible. Here is a similar thread.

    Thank you for confirming that. I have the policy to re run on the machines as well so they will get the changes when they next get the policy advertisement :)
