    The Active Sync device  User /exchangeActiveSyncDevices/iPad$ApplV5047NBQZ39 cannot be found

    Exchange Managment Shell Command Attempted
    Remove-ActiveSyncDevice -Identify "domain/laptops/username/ExchangeActiveSyncDevices\iPad$ApplV5047NBQZ39"

    Could someone help me to delete this IPad off the exchange,

    Hi,
    Have you tried deleting the EAS Device using ECP?

    Run "Get-ActiveSyncDevice |FL >c:\devicslist.txt" to see if the problematic ID is existed and correct.

    If the issue continues, please provide the following information:

    1. Did the problematic mobile device migrated from an earlier version Exchagne server?

    2. What is the exact error in EMS when you run the cmdlet?
