Users OST file grows 2gb a week (2010)

Good day everyone.
We have one user that has an OST file issue. Basically her OST file is growing in size weekly, we have repeatedly deleted the file, only to have it grow within a week or two backup to 2+GB in size. This is then causing issues with the user not being able to send\receive meetings, email issues and also performance issues.
We are at a loss, since it is just one user.
Thanks in advance.

Any Ootlook Add-ins or shared folders in their profile?
I would set them for online mode until this is solved.

Thanks for your reply, the user is already an online user. She has no Add-In's or Shared Folders.
Thanks

Ok, so the .ost is no longer involved then.

We are currently on SP2
I was referring to the Office version, not Exchange.

Do you see anything in the outbox while Outlook is online mode?

Hi ,
Please verify if it has a mass of email items in Sync Issues folder. If yes, please disable the CRM software and re-enabled it.
Please try to reconfigure the Outlook clients and Outlook Profile to Download Full Items.
