flash hybrid website won't display properly in IE9 unless compatibility view is selected

please see this website and screen shot on adobe browserlab to see the problem.

the site is a flash site, with backup alternate html for non flash devices. The site loads properly on all other browsers but in IE9 the website looks tiny on the screen.
Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

remove this

Turned out it was not a compatibility issue, I just needed an updated version of swfobject. It's all fixed now.
