Can you install the Lync Monitoring Server Role on a DC?

Hi,
Is it possible to install the Lync monitoring server role onto a 2008R2 domain controller. The front end server is on a seperate 2008R2 box.

Hi,
It is not supported to install Lync server role on a domain controller. Below articles would give some more insigts.
