Live Meeting Issues - October 21, 2009
- Several issues today with Live Meeting and wondering if MS was having problems with the Live Meeting servers?* At 2:00 EST we were hosting a Live Meeting and several users were not able to connect. We kept getting "Page not found" errors when connecting directly to the URL* Also earlier today, a user was trying to schedule a Live Meeting and was receiving the following error when sending out invitations: "An error occurred while processing this Live Meeting request. If this error persists, please contact your Live Meeting account administrator."Thank you in advance for you assistance.

For such issues, I suggest you contact LiveMeeting Support directly and include the below information in your question:
-Meeting Manager URL
- Meeting ID
- Exact error message
- Version number of Live Meeting softwareThey will response in 24 hours.
