InfoPath 2010 Custom SharePoint List Form - Cannot Delete Attachments

Hi has anyone come across this problem, create a list with a content type, customise the default list forms with InfoPath.
You can add an attachment with the infopath file control fine, but when you go to delete one 9 times out of 10 the files won't delete.
I cant seem to find any similarities to the files , i have tried different file types but still the same problem, if you use the OOB edit form, the attachement control works properly.
The user has full control on the list.
Any help appreciated

12 июля 2010 г. 3:46Are you using IE or FireFox? I am using a lot of custom list forms, and a few use attachments. Deleting hasn't been an issue, but I did have issues with file attachment controls in 2007 browser forms when using FireFox.

I have an end user who is reporting this problem on both Firefox and IE (8) on Windows.
I am not personally experiencing this with either Firefox or IE on Windows.
I have created a new Team site and set the out-of-the-box Tasks list to use an InfoPath form for purposes of testing this, and my end user's deletion problem occurs there as well as on the production application.
Toggling to use the regular form, my end user is able to sucessfully delete attatchments.

Sorry to revive this old thread. I am encountering the same issue. Browser is IE 9.0.11. I have to goto the regular SP form to delete the attachment.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
