Posting and no replies
- I have fount that most of my posts that I made never get any replies. Well if this is the case. Where can I get help for that posts that I don't get any help from at all. I know that some of my post are just basic questions so I get basic replies and some answers to my questions. I do know that most of the time I just get one reply and that person never replies again.
The reason for having a forum section in the 1st place is to help people, And that's fine. Its just when Posts that never get a reply should be handled in another way so that the post doesn't go unanswered.
I have posts dating back last year and still no replies.
Any one have thoughts or comments about this.
The other problem I have is that this forum section doesn't alert me of replies. So I have to keep the page open and hope and pray that I will get an answer. Who do I ask about the email or alert problem that I have...
