    my windows 7 media player wil not play my music. its saying upgrade and when i try to upgrade, it still doesn't upgrade either. what should i do. have some really good music i want to listen to but cannot.

    Hi,

    Please let me know your current version of WMP.

    1. Launch Windows Media Player.

    2. Hold Alt key and click Help—About Windows Media Player.

    Meanwhile, we can manually check the updates for WMP.

    1. Launch Windows Media Player.

    2. Hold Alt key and click Help—Check for updates.

    If the issue persists, please let me know which type music player cannot be played, wav, mp3 or the others.
