dual dhcp servers serving same scope possible 4 windows2008?

ad2008,dc1:windows2008 SE,dc2:windows 2008r2 ent serving as dhcp server.
i'd like to deploy dc1 as a 2nd dhcp server,and then both servers could update automatically from the other one.
for redudancy purpose.
if yes,then how?

Yes, it is possible. It's called a split-scope. The following links should help you get familiar with it.

does it mean that i can manage the very same scope with 2 dhcp server?
or i have to splip ip scope into 2 sub-scope?

No, you must split the scope among two different servers, such as 80/20.
However, if you want 100/100, you would double your subnet range. For example, if you have a /24, then double it to a /23, and put a /24 on one DHCP, and the other /24 on the other DHCP. Read the link I posted with 100/100 in it for details.
