I've got 2 Server 2003 servers on my network. One of them was recently reloaded from scratch and joined to the domain with a new name. It has not been elevated to a domain controller yet...just a member server with the File Server role configured. Both servers are only using one NIC each and both have File and Printer Sharing enabled with throughput maximization set in the properties. The newly loaded server's System log is full of Browser 8032 events. They don't seem to be causing any adverse effects, but I don't like red stuff in my logs and would like to isolate the problem. I've looked at the few articles I could find and none of them seems to apply.

Oh...the DC does have a VPN configured under Network Connections so is technically multi-homed. But that's not the box I'm getting the errors on.

    TIA

    Hello,

For the logged event, refer to that: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/135404/en

For multihoming a DC, this is not recommended. See Ace Fekay's article: http://blogs.dirteam.com/blogs/acefekay/archive/2009/08/03/multihomed-dcs-with-dns-rras-and-or-pppoe-adapters.aspx
