Windows Media Player Script error

    Question

  • When I try to search radio stations on Windows Media Player 11, no radio stations are displayed. I click on "station home" or "location" and I get an error message which states "Internet explorer script error - An error has occurred in the script on this page-Line 492-Char 2-Error object doesn't support this property or method-Code 0-URL  http://www.windowsmedia.comradiotuner/static/common.js  -Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?  How do I fix this so the radio stations that I search for will appear? Windows XP

  • I had the same issue. Try this solution. Open Internet Explorer, go to "tools" and select "Manage Add-Ons". Click to display "all add-ons" and browse to "Microsoft Corporation". Be sure that "tabular data control" and "IETAG Factory" are ACTIVATED.
Close IE and re open Windows Media Player and try your radio tuner again. I hope it will work also for you. Good luck!
