I have a sharepoint 2013 server configured with 2 url:
When I search for a document and click on it to have a preview, everything works fine with http://sharepoint2 but I get an error with http://sharepoint2.academie.ste-therese.com
When I look at the url, I notice something very strange:
When I do a search from http://sharepoint2 the url is properly formed:
When I do a search for the same document within http://sharepoint2.academie.ste-therese.com, the url is full of errors (spaces insteand of %20, "é" instead of "%C3%A9", etc):
http://sharepoint2.academie.ste-therese.com/p4/_layouts/15/WopiFrame.aspx?sourcedoc=/p4/Documents partags/univers social/Voyage/Voyage étape 4/Examen Voyages Comp. 3.docx&action=default&DefaultItemOpen=1
Does anyone have an idea why ?

Have you configured office web apps server in sharepoint 2013.
Yes I did, that's why in my message I said that everything works fine with the default url (http://sharepoint2). As you can see in my message, the problem is that the url returned by the search engine when using the AAM url (http://sharepoint2.academie.ste-therese.com) is not formated properly, and I'm wondering why . . .
Have you resolved the issue?
I have exactly the same problem :(
I've noticed it happens only for urls contained non-latin chars. In my case Cyrillic.
Also if second url (zone) is added to crawler content source I will get double search results, where first one works and second not. Seems that first corresponds to the intranet url and second to the original url with replaced header. Look example
http://test.mydomain.local/ - default zone
https://test.mydomain.com/ - intranet zone
I search "тест.docx" from https://test.mydomain.com and got next
1. https://test.mydomain.com/sites/IT/_layouts/15/WopiFrame.aspx?sourcedoc=/sites/IT/Shared Documents/тест.docx&action=default&DefaultItemOpen=1
The first one has url with cyrillic symbols and raises error. The second opens succesfully.
Also Chrome opens both urls because it is able to recognise non-latin symbols
