Hello - We have video player webpart that enables HTML 5 video viewing with a flash fallback. The webpart is located on the site where claims authentication and SSL are enabled. According to this thread http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepoint2010customization/thread/1e90806d-6c9c-4339-aa81-c0a834cc9600/, we made sure that the video format is h.264. The video plays on all the browsers on PC, but not working on any browsers on iPhone or iPad. We have been working on this issue for weeks now, any help will be appreciated.
Also, we cannot have anonymous access to the video source, neither non-SSL on Basic authentication.

iPad/iPhone does not support Flash. Are you sure that the video is played using the HTML5 player and not a Flash Player when rendered on all your devices/browsers?
I used the JWPlayer which supports both HTML5 and Flash for a website, which worked well on Apple devices. However my website was a simple ASP.NET site (no SharePoint involved)
What is the exact behavior you are getting on iPhone/iPad? Does the Player is shown?

Hi Kamlesh - I'm pretty sure it's using html 5 since at one point I removed all the flash reference from the flash fallback and left only HTML5 markup. Still, it doesn't play the video.
on iPhone, it shows that it's a video file but crossed out as if it cannot be played.
